Excellent service although it was a quiet morning!

I got just what I wanted good bed and good mattress

Really helpful knowledgeable staff. Great show room to view and test items.

They came and asked me what i needed the minute i walked through the door

The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, I was given the information I needed and left time and space to make my decision which is very unusual these days.

Friendly service, didn't feel overly sold to which was good, they just provided good customer service

Kirsten went out of her way to help us select the right mattress for us. She encouraged us to try them all out and even had the mattress we favoured moved onto a bed base frame that was more representative of the type of bed frame we were buying from elsewhere. For us this was excellent service. In addition she volunteered all the information we needed without us having to ask loads of questions.

I didn't feel pressured; was given the advice I needed and then left to think it through; I wasn't rushed; I was offered a cup of tea; the ordering/paying process was simple and clearly explained

The assistance we received at your store was excellent and the knowledge and help given was first class.

The member of staff was very helpful and polite and we never felt as if we were being rushed into making a decision
