Knowledgeable staff

The sales assistant was extremely friendly and although relatively new, his knowledge was excellent. We did not feel pressured at any point, and was very excellent with our two young boys (ie allowed them to watch tv whilst we tried out the beds). The manager has no hesitation at price matching the same mattress we found on the internet also. All in all, the whole experience was enjoyable and far less stressful than anticipated.

The assistant Kirsten was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to my requirements and took note of my budget. She also advised me on the beds and mattresses and encouraged me to try the different types of mattress.

Kirsten the sales assistant was knowledgeable and not pushing for a sale. We discussed what we were looking for. She showed us some examples, offered advice then left us to make an informed decision. We were comfortable that we were selecting the correct mattress for our needs and budget. The store was clean with plenty of lighting and there was a great selection to choose from. I particularly liked the coloured coding of the different types of mattress. It made it quick and easy to see what type of bed we wanted and should try.

Richard was on hand within a few moments of us being in the store. He provided detailed information to address our needs then gave us sufficient space and time to view the products and offers. When the time came to making our purchase the steps were explained well so as to align our expectations. Everything was great, from start to finish. A quick, friendly and stress free experience.

The member of staff, Curtis, was helpful but not pushy. Gave us the info we needed to make a well informed decision and checked we were ok, left us to it and just made sure we knew he was there for assistance of needed. Was polite and courteous at all times.

I had already spent the previous two hours in other stores looking at beds before popping in to your store to see what you could offer. I was impressed by the range of beds on display and how easy it was to see the comfort rating of the beds. I was looking for a good quality, British made, medium soft bed and your Natures finest range seemed to fit the bill. Your staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and they didn't rush me in making a decision. Your 40 nights guarantee swung it for me as I have bought beds before only to find them uncomfortable after a few nights at home, I'm sure my bed will be lovely but it is nice to have that piece of mind. I'm not sure which other stores offer the 40 nights type of guarantee but none of the other shops I visited mentioned if they did - their loss!
