He was very pleasant and helpful and totally understood my need to keep within my budget. He also helped me load up my car and was a perfect member of staff start to finish. Really good salesman called Matthew, very obliging. Showed us lots of mattresses and explained the differences and gave us time on our own to decide wether to buy or not. Was not too pushy witch is a pet hate of mine with some salesmen. Overall very satisfied.
