We were not pestered at anytime during our visit staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking for.

The sales assistant was exceptional she fully understand about the product very knowledgeable and very good communication skills made me feel at ease through out my purchase. Did not rush me at any time which made me purchase my product.

We found the assistant Kirsten so helpful and could not have had better service.

As we walked in we were greeted by a couple of staff, very friendly! We were offered a brew. We were told the colour codes to the types of beds and all information we needed to know, and put in the right direction for our specific needs. We just happened to find the perfect mattress for us and it was the first bed we tried out. Ellie was the lady who dealt with our purchase, super friendly and smiley 😊we had a little problem with our credit check to which she was very apologetic. But then she asked if we wanted to try again through someone else. She explained she had never done it before but I thought she handled it superbly. We walked out very happy customers, very satisfied with our servers and purchase. I will definitely shop at dreams again and will also recommend you to anyone who is looking for a new bed. Thankyou very much! We can't wait to have our new mattress delivered 😊

The was our first visit to dreams and we were blown away with the customer service that we received. From the moment that we were approached and asked if we required assistance, we were impressed. The salesman was polite and incredibly knowledgeable. In a short period of time, we found a mattress that was perfect for us. The ordering process was quick and easy. There was a good range from which to choose. There was no pressure and we were given as much time as we needed to make the decision.

The two members of staff who served me were very friendly without being too pushy! They knew about their products and gave us a very good service. Both matt and Graham were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We went to another store to look for what we wanted but returned to dreams as the welcome and information we had received was much better at dreams.
