The staff were very helpful without being over selling the product. They took care to ensure we understood each step in the process of finding a suitable bed, at all times recognising the issues and challenges that COVID has presented to both them and the buyer. Great friendly team within the facility and were very happy to serve us.

We were recommended by a couple of of friends who had been to one of your stores ! We weren’t disappointed at all . We were met by Matt at the Clifton Moor store . His knowledge and professionalism was second to non . We didn’t at all feel uncomfortable or pressured into buying a mattress . Matt helped and guided us every step of the way and we ended up buying a bed surround with the built in TV 😃. We walked out 2 very happy customers. Yet again, the staff were incredibly helpful, well informed and made me feel totally at ease. Such a great shopping experience. This is the fourth bed I’ve bought from Dreams and it’s totally down to how excellent the staff are and the quality of the products. I’ll certainly be back again!

We made an appointment online to try out beds. We were met at the door, on time, my husband was taken to the 'magic mattress' to try out to see which would be best suited for him. We were shown 4 suitable mattresses, which he tried out. He found the one that was best for him, he was then explained about a suitable pillow, which we bought. Matt our salesman, then took payment and ordered delivery for us.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, listened to requests, gave me time to make my decision, did not feel pressure .

We were very impressed with the service we were provided with. Nicola was very accommodating and was able to find us suitable beds, giving us lots of options to try. We felt relaxed in store and we’re made to feel welcome.

The colleagues we dealt with over 2 weekends at the dream store york, clifton moor, Rachel and Matt were extremely friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the 'sleep match' technology, knowing I was purchasing something best suited to me.
