Nice easy purchase no pressure an lots of good advise

Kirsten was very helpful and guided us easily to finding the right mattress for us. She also makes a good cup of coffee!

Whilst on holiday in York, we passed the store, and it was no trouble buying a bed 120miles away, and having it delivered to a destination many miles away. Also was impressed with how they were able to provided extra deal, well it was my 40th Birthday!!

Ellie in the Clifton Moor store was just the right amount of helpful without being in your face, although she apologised a lot of interrupting is, we didn't mind and needed the help! Graham then very kindly offered to help us out with delivery of the mattress as we were going on holiday at the next available delivery slot. A very helpful and friendly bunch of sales staff.

I had a really knowledgable and helpful salesman helping me. It was the best experience of buying anything ever.

The staff were extremely friendly, had good knowledge of the product on sale and help us find the right bed for us. I did not feel as though I was pushed into a purchase, in fact Kirsten took her time and showed us numerous beds and mattresses to choose giving advice about each product and the comparisons between them.
