Staff very friendly & helpful.

We were assisted by Kirsten who was very friendly and extremely helpful - she made the whole process very easy.

Welcomed to the store with a smile. Kirsten gave us her undivided attention on both visits. Offered a drink. No feeling of being rushed. Listened to our requirements and showed us relevant products giving helpful advice as we went. Reasonably fast delivery time.

Ease of purchase and service. The only thing was that it was a therapur 20% off offer, that the week before had the bed without this discount at £1399, but for the discount it had been increased to £1499, so by definition there may have been 20% off but there was a feeling of being a little cheated as it was off a higher price. This does not reflect on the store, thus the Highly Satisfied, it reflects on the head office pricing decisions, which seems a little unfair.

Lovely staff, very helpful, but not over keen and pushy. Great choice of beds and mattresses. Store could do with a re decorate, not a particularly inviting appearance. Disappointed with delivery and assembly price when bed and mattress costs so much.

My husband and I went into the store after 7pm on a Friday night. We had specific requirements in relation to bed, mattress etc. Kirsten was extremely patient while we dithered and considered many options. At no time did we feel rushed as the store was closing at 8 Nothing was too much trouble Kirsten seemed to appreciate that spending this amount of money meant we really needed to make the right. House for us Absolutely nothing was too much trouble

Very helpful staff and plenty of products to choose from. The time taken to complete our order was quick and painless.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us make our decision about which based to purchase, we were even offered a drink.
