assistant very helpful in both product knowledge and understanding our needs,explained the difference in different firmness and materials.explained everything what will happen after purchase,delivery/takeaway.

Me and my wife are happy and highly satisfied with the service provided in the Dreams store. We got the items we were looking for. More importantly, We felt very welcomed by the way Mrs Kristen (employee) treated us and explained technical side of the wide ranges of items. She even stayed an hour late just to help us with buying the item. Really satisfied. Thanks Dreams team.

I hate shopping. Kirsten was efficient, friendly and understanding and we were out of the shop in what seemed like just a few minutes. Job done !!
