Curtis, was exceptionally helpful on both my visits, understanding, explaining technical information in an easy manner and makes a great cup of tea! The store felt relaxed and no pressure was placed to purchase.

Assistant was friendly and helpful. We spent over an hour 'bed hopping' to find the mattress we liked. Offered a drink.

We were greeted by Kirsten as soon as we went in the store. She listened to what we had to say about what we were looking for, she explained the colour coding and the layout of the store, and guided us round the different types of mattress. She also pointed out pillow choices that Dreams offered and explained the 40 day satisfaction guarantee. Without being obtrusive or pushy she helped us choose what we believe to be the right mattress for us, and we didn't even consider going elsewhere. We were very impressed, and will definitely return to Dreams when we are looking for beds/mattresses in the future.

The assistant gave us good information about products and the right level of attention she left us to be able to decide without any pressure. She noticed I was feel hot and offered me a cold drink I was very impressed

Graham and Kirsten took time to find out and understand what we required. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Even swapping mattresses between bases in order we could try out the bedframe we were considering with the recommended mattress. I also bought 2 bedside cabinets and again Graham moved them beside the bed so I could see the colour match We were offered a coffee and sat with them discussing what we were looking for . At no time did we feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. Love the colour coding used in the store to differentiate the different types of mattresses and the knowledge of the staff An enjoyable shopping experience.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted in a friendly but formal manner, and if I needed any assistance, then to just ask, this was great as I hate being 'chased' around the shop having the full sales pitch verbally rammed into me. When I required some help, the sales assistant who was called Eleanor, was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable on the products available, this was also very helpful and made my decisions easier to make.

I was allowed to look around before I was asked if I needed any assistance. The assistant showed me all the options available to me, and did not try to influence my decision. Ellie was polite, friendly, informative, and efficient.

Friendly member of staff that was knowledgeable and not too pushy. He was there to provide advice when needed but also left us alone to trial and discuss the mattresses between ourselves.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Javaid spent a lot of time helping us but didn't make us feel at all pressured or rushed into making a purchase.
