All the staff were very helpful & friendly, they made us cups of tea & it was much appreciated, they explained about the insurance that was available. The lady who served us showed us which matteresses were available in our price range, she went through the paperwork with us after we had decided on which one we wanted to purchase & the terms & conditions also.

Assistant was extremely knowledgeable, was not in the least obtrusive or pushy just very, very helpful. Though we were only buying a new mattress she gave us as much attention as if we were buying the most expensive bed in the store. Very impressed and will certainly be back should we decide to purchase a new bed.
