Kirsten at the York Clifton moor store was very helpful at explaining the different types of mattresses which allowed us to pick a type which was right for our needs. She then showed us all the different mattresses that matched our needs at different price points. Didn't immediately show us the most expensive and work down. Very good service from her. Took longer to order when I returned to store

the member of staff who helped us with all aspects of our purchase was excellent. He was very patient and dealt with all aspects of the sale in a very professional and nice way.

Kirsten and the store manager that was on I think he was called Steve? were absolutely incredible. they spoke to us kindly, answered all our questions and made sure we were happy. kirsten also made me a cup of tea and it was spot on. they are wonderful employees and if they are there when we go next I would ask to be served by one of them.

We were very impressed with the customer service, We didn't feel pressured or pushed upon by staff to speak to them or to look at anything, The team were very helpful, and insightful they helped us with deciding on what upgrade of mattress we would be satisfied with, and took an interest in our background and family to get an idea of what would be best for us. The team were very helpful with explaining how we could pay for the items and made the experience stress free and even helped with changing the deposit amount to suit us. and was even offered beverages which we never got in other shops. Painless, Stress Free, Helpful, Polite and Courteous, and a lovely demeanour all round excellent

Friendly approachable knowledgeable staff. Took time to explain and gave us time to consider and make decisions. Helpful when shopping with children. Nice cuppa was a bonus!

I went into Dreams at Clifton Moor on the off chance of finding a bedside cabinet in gloss cream having tried everywhere else to no avail .They had the perfect one a discontinued line I was delighted and the price was excellent for such good quality. Graham looked after me from start to finish all in all one very happy customer left your store that day and will definitely be going back I need some good quality pillows !! Have already passed on my experience to my Daughters who will be taking time to pop in there .

The sales assistant could not have been more helpful, I was in the shop for a long time ,she gave me time to look around first, then asked if I needed any help. Her knowledge of all the beds , mattresses , was very helpful, she told me to try and lay on as many beds as I needed too, how long to actually lie on a bed ,in order to get the real effects of the mattress . We narrowed it down to three then to two ,and then I decided which one suited me the best,

The person who assisted us was lovely and knew everything about the mattress' we were looking at also the store was nice, new and very clean and we found the experience comforting and we got a free creme egg. The clifton moor store
