Nileki was polite, knowledgeable and professional. She immediately understood what I was looking for, suggested I tried out the mattress and didn't complicate the sale by trying to sell up. She was very patient when I forgot my pin number, which I appreciated. I left the store feeling confident I had bought a mattress that would suit me. Thankyou.

The care and attention received from the staff member at your York store, a young man called Chris We felt he had a genuine interest in our needs and was patient as we tried the mattresses recommended by Sleepmatch. There was no pressure. We did not feel rushed and he brought us a coffee and gave us plenty of time to reach our decision. Choosing the right mattress is an important decision and we are delighted with our choice which was made easier by Chris who is a real credit to your company.

Rachel did a really good job of figuring out what kind of mattress would suit my sleep pattern the best, I am very satisfied with my experience with her!

I was asked if I needed help when I walked into the store at Clifton Moor, York. Having told him what I needed, the young male assistant showed me various mattresses whilst explaining the different products and prices. He helped me to make the final decision whilst assuring me that if it wasn’t right, I would be helped to choose another. He was extremely helpful, efficient service and I left feeling confident in my purchase.
