The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They spent time talking to us and taking time to understand our needs. They were not, however, 'pushy' and they left us alone to think about our purchase. They were helpful in moving mattresses onto different bases and providing us with a range of pillows in order for us to test the product as fully as possible.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, they offered assistance... we were just browsing to begin with. We continued on to other stores to view similar products & returned the same day to purchase the bed we have ordered. Beds are very exspensive but I Do think Dreams Is one of the best stores for Quality along with price. Kirsten who made our order for us helped us choose the right matress for us & advised us well on payment options. She was very friendly and helpful. Lovely shopping with you!

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very easy to locate the product and the process to purchase the item was straightforward. I also could choose the date for delivery.

We knew we wanted an ottoman and a new mattress. The assistant (I think he was called Javinda) showed us the products in store, how to work them and explained why different mattresses cost more or less. He was very helpful, and not at all pushy. We had our young children with us, who were offered a drink and a creme egg which was a lovely gesture. The transaction was smooth and fast.

The service and knowledge of the products from the member of staff; (Curtis) was excellent. We did not feel pressured and were given the freedom and encouragement to try out the beds at our leisure but was on hand to answer any of our questions.
