The service we received from Javaid was second to none. He was experienced polite and well mannered. He gave us time to think and wasnt in our face to get a sale.

I was greeted as I entered the store and my questions about types of mattress were answered with good product knowledge. Once Graham had explained the colour coding system he left me to try out different types of mattresses, explaining that comfort is very personal, and so it is essential to try products out. There was no 'sales talk', no pushiness, but staff were available to answer questions. Once I had made a decision, the sale was completed efficiently and in a friendly manner. The delivery date was less than a week away which was pretty impressive.

We were shown a mattress that I originally wanted but didn't relise how expensive it was, the sales assistant was very understanding and showed is rou d and let us test out other types of mattress until we found one the suited our needs and budget.

The staff were all friendly and approachable and knowledgeable .

All staff were very helpfull.We wasn't quite ready to order straight away but was not pressured into buying.We returned shortly after to place our order

The colleague that dealt with our sale, Kirstan, was very helpful and knowledgable about the product. Everything in the store was easily accessible and Kirstan gave us plenty of time to try the different mattresses without any pressure.
