We received excellent customer service the moment we entered the store. Ellie greated us when we came in, listened to our requirements and then found us a great mattress. Her product knowledge was very very good and she answered all of our questions. We left the store feeling very happy and are excited about receiving our new mistress this coming weekend.

the assistant knew exactly where the product was I was looking for, when I showed I was uncomfortable with the cost of delivery and prepared to leave, he waived delivery charges, he was helpful and friendly not a bit pushy or overpowering.

Kirsten was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - she gave us advice well suited to our needs and price range and displayed a fantastic knowledge of the products in the store.

Assistant was knowledgeable about the product and fully explained all features, delivery details and the benefits of the extended warranty. She answered any queries we had.
