Staff very helpful no pressure gave us time to look around before engaging conversation

The shop assistant was really nice, he was very helpful and very friendly but not pushy or too in-your-face. He asked what I wanted, pointed out the ones he thought might be good but let me have some space when I was trying the mattresses which I really appreciated because I did feel a little wierd trying them out.

The choice of products, the indication on the item as to soft/medium etc. also the assistant who helped us (Darren) who was nearby but not in our way when we had questions. He was extremely helpful in moving a mattress onto another base so we could check it out, no complaints from him just a willing helpful attitude.

Good customer service

Excellent customer service from Kirsten at York store, very friendly and came away with what I wanted for an excellent price.

The salesman Darren was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. We came for a memory foam pillow, and he helped us select the correct one for us. Because he helped us choose a cheaper pillow than the Tempura one we thought might be best, we opted to also buy a mattress, as it was a bargain, and we hadn't spent as much on the pillow as we could have. We took both away the same day - my wife is delighted!

The staff were friendly and polite. Curtis, who assisted us was helpful and knowledgeable, but not too pushy. Once we'd decided on our purchase, our order was put through straight away and everything explained to us (delivery options etc) in detail.

We were served by a lass called Ellie who quietly and attentively listened to our requirements and offered the choices based on that. She was effective in upselling us from a Therapur to a Tempur, which was quite an achievement but the right solution for us
