we were greeted then directed to the beds we expressed an interest in and accompanied to the area and offered further information and asked if we would like some refreshment. Then we were left to try out the beds discuss the options and then ask further questions. Eventually we decided to invest in a bed we had seen .The buying process was quick and efficient and we could arrange delivery when we wanted .

The reason for our concern was the fact that one of the product ranges we were wishing to look at was the Marseille range, which was not on display within the store. The salesman who was excellent in his product knowledge and had such a pleasant personality said that he had the suite at home and suggested that he could bring in a drawer to show us the quality/finish and colour. He did in fact bring into the store today one of his bedside cabinet drawers to allow us to judge the quality of the product we were preparing to purchase. When we saw the quality and colour were acceptable we were happy to place the order. The salesman concerned was Darren who in our opinion is a major asset to your Company. There is no doubt that without his efforts both in store and in his personal efforts to help your Company get the business. We would without doubt taken our business elsewhere. In Darren you have the services of an extremely concientious person who is d undoubtbly suitable to progress up your staff levels. Please offer our thanks to Darren.

Kirsten, the assistant, took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in the bed we wished to purchase and gave us a variety of options to choose from. She also provided us with useful advice.

From the moment we entered the shop we was made welcome and relaxed we were offered coffee it was very nice then we shown different types of mattres and told about each one there was no hassle we enjoyed our visit we went away and returned to the shop following day and bought a mattress and a king bed we felt very satisfied with the hole experience we will certainly shop there again in the future

Beverley was a lovely person and her knowledge was very good indeed. So it was easy for us to make a quick purchase

The sales assistant was not pushy & did not try to get you to buy anything you did not need and she seemed to know everything to help us

I like good customer service, and will go to a shop that offers this even if I have to spend more for the same product.

I asked for advice. Where the assistant, Ellie, was uncertain she sought guidance from her manager who talked her through the query as part of her training process. He did this in a friendly and professional manner.
