I looked online for the item/s I needed and called into the store to see the product. I found it easily and found assistance immediately. Purchasing was easy and straightforward with an option of delivery dates to suit me. The whole process was easy and friendly.

Didn't know what would be the best mattress for our needs. The staff member explained in a simple term allowing us to find the 1 that meet our requirement.

As a disabled customer I was struggling to walk back and forth between mattresses at opposite ends of the store, so two kind members of the team, moved one the mattresses I was comparing on to a bed next to the other. This made the world of difference for me, transforming my shopping experience and allowing me to make a decision on the day as oppose to having to go home and try again another day.

We were looking to purchase two mattresses, the sales person Darren looked after us and went through every option of medium to firm and so on, Even made us a tea and coffee, the whole experience was delightful, thank you.

We were highly satisfied with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. They were available to answer our questions but were not pushy. We requested VAT relief on the adjustable bed and they were very helpful and sorted this for us even though they said this was not often requested by customers. They even supplied us with a cup of coffee while we walked round the store deciding which was best for our needs.

Graham the store manager was extremely helpful, not pushy at all, explained the difference between each type of mattresses and left us to our own devices to try out all the beds, but when we needed his help he was there on hand
