Friendly informative service, recognised my needs as customer very quickly. Good deal on price.

Assistance was available when we wanted - everything was clearly colour coded. There was no 'hard sell' which was good. We found it a simple straightforward hassle free purchase. We had a price and style in mind and that is what we got. The chap who served us was pleasant and happy to help, advise, and leave us to wonder. Full marks.

Graham (store manager) spent a lot of time with us choosing the right mattress. He showed us a number of different products, but he didn't pressure us or stand over us while we were making a decision. He gave us plenty of time and space, but when we did make a decision, he made sure the whole process was really fast and smooth and explained everything in full. It was also very clear he knew what he was talking about, but didn't come across as arrogant and didn't make us feel silly for asking lots of questions. Very satisfied with the price and the delivery costs etc.

Graham talked us through the system, pointed out the colours which would suit our requirements, and then left us to make our choice. He was available if we had any further questions. He was polite, courteous and not pushy. A satisfactory experience.

We visited the York Dreams store on 2 occasions. Both Dreams colleagues (Janet ? on visit 1 and Darren on the date of purchase) had exceptional product knowledge and took ample amount of time with us to advise on offers and quality questions. They both ensured our needs were met in a friendly manor without pushy sales talk. The whole experience made us feel very confident with our purchase and we trust the delivery service will follow the same standard.

Very straightforward knew what we wanted before we got to store and bed we wanted happened to be in the window. Salesman helpful and knowledgable.

On entering the store, we were greeted by very friendly staff. We were after a particular kind of mattress as I suffer with a bad back, we tried several, staff gave us advice on what we should be looking for. Advised on a particular one, and was perfect just what we were after. Delivery time was quick too. Very helpful, great with the kids in particular who were trying every bed!!
