Very friendly atmosphere

We were the only people in the store, the assistant was very helpful, we had plenty of time to decide, the sleep machine thingy helped narrow down what to look at, the assistant was able to tell us which mattresses contained animal products so we could avoid these, the store was clean and there were good covid safe procedures.

The staff greeted us upon arrival and spent about an hour with us until we were sure upon the best product for us. Their knowledge and patience was excellent.

Very helpful assistance from Dreams colleague, knowledgeable, approachable, whilst being mindful of giving us our own time and space to discuss and test products. Was able to direct us to specific items for our needs.

I went into the York Branch with an idea of which bed I required but no real knowledge of the type of mattress. I was dealt with by Kirsten who was very polite, professional and helpful with an excellent product knowledge. The mattress I ordered is very comfortable and, again, thanks to Kirsten’s product knowledge. I have purchased the bed and mattress on a finance agreement and found the procedure to be very straight forward. I was very impressed with Dreams and Kirsten.

From the moment we entered the store we were helped and advised in a friendly and easy to understand way.
