From the minute we entered the store we was greeted with a Friendly smile and asked if we needed help to get the best possible price for this product would definitely recommend this store and will be back to purchase anything else that we want in future!! Customer service was excellent

We were left to browse around the store to decided which bed we were going to purchase no pushy sales men (which i prefer) then a salesman called Graham came over to us and to be honest we couldn't of wished to be served anyone better he was polite, knowledgeable and above all cheerful nothing was to much trouble would defiantly say he went that extra mile to help us which you don't often find these days.

Met by very friendly staff.showed us where to select the mattress we required. Offered a tea or coffee.

Good assistance provided in explaining the options. He listened to requirements and wasn't pushy on trying to achieve sale. Placing order was quick and efficient
