Andy at the York store couldn't have been more helpful. He listened to our issues and came up with several options.

The store manager, Graham, was very helpful in explaining the differences between the various products. He was non-pushy.

The member of staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would recommend Dreams to my family and friends they were very friendly and Andy in the York store was very knowledgeable and really helped us. We had never bought a bed before and he really helped to guide us through the process.

The store attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds, she gave us plenty of time and space to test the mattresses but was around to answer any question and give advice. She quickly offered us a drink which was a nice touch and suggested pillows we might like to try as well. The price for the mattress we brought was the cheapest we found.

Visited a few bed shops and your team were the most helpful. First visit they were happy to show me options and weren't pushy. Second visit I'd decided what I wanted and have me 2 possible options to choose from. Service was quick and helpful

The general manager of the store helped us from the moment we walked in was really helpful without being at all pushy . We were pleased with how swift and stressfree our experience was .
