Graham Hunter was very helpful with every aspect of our visit and purchase. The after sales by Graham was very good too. He was always helpful and got things sorted out to our satisfaction. There was nothing hidden or pushy about all of the staff at the Clifton Moor York store. Very good from top to bottom!

The staff were friendly and welcoming and put us at ease as I tried to locate the correct mattress. My mother who was with me had previously purchased a mattress and had been very pleased with the service and product supplied. The Manager knew his products and identified our requirements. Then with the pillow colour system, it was easy to compare firmnesses.

Knowledgable staff and the ease of comparing different firmness across various brands. The use of coloured pillows to link similar products makes shopping very easy.
