Dreams - York

Andy at the york store was fantastic. So was everyone else who we spoke to. Sales experience was spot on. Not pushy just friendly and knowledgeable. We were spending a lot of money and needed time to reflect resulting in a couple of visits which were both excellent. Very impressed overall.

Good explanation of suitable product and ease of finding suitable beds

The service my Wife and I recieved was superb and we had a few laughs with the young fellow who served us.No Complaints!

The staff were very knowledgable and catered for our needs. The produce shown all seemed to be value for money and to a high quality.

The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful, we disappeared off to visit bensons for beds but came back to buy at dreams. I have not commented as highly value or satisfaction as we have not yet received our bed and mattress, I also think the 12 delivery wait could be improved

Friendly and very helpful staff member

The main reason for our satisfaction is how good our sales man was. He spent time explaining about the product, but also wanted feed back from us regarding what we required for any medical problems. I do suffer with back problems and he gave us lots of feed back to help us choose what I hope is the best bed for us. Thank you David.

This is the 3rd bed we have bought from Dreams in 2 years, and each time we have dealt with Andy in the Clifton Moor store in York. If there is a better, more customer focused employee than Andy, I will be surprised.

They are simply amazing

We'd already selected what we wanted prior to visiting the store. However, the sales assistant was very informative about our choice & went through placing our order & arranging delivery very efficiently. He also was very knowledgable about the products on sale.
