There was no waiting and was in and out in 15 minutes

We were extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The member of staff, Andy, approached within a minute or so of us being instore and asked if we needed assistance. He knew just about all there is to know about the products we were interested in and we ended up feeling confident enough to make the purchase there and thenm without shopping around like we intended to. The finance was quick and easy to set up, we were offered water or coffee while we waited. I would recommend Dreams to anybody who is looking for a new bed setup - first class service and product knowledge. Dave S

We were served by David and he was very helpful and friendly. there was also another lady in the store who was also very friendly

The lady that served us Kirsten was very helpful and could answer all our questions about the different types of mattress, which helped us to make our choice.

The lady who served us was very efficient and knowledgeable without been pushy in any way. We did actually go away and look at a competitor but came back to Dreams due to the service the lady gave us which was far superior to the competitions sales person.

We asked for advice on the products available and found the assistant very knowledgable and helpfull

We were welcomed upon entry to the store and left to have a look around. After 5 minutes the manager Graham approached and was very helpful and understanding of our needs, he offered us excellent advice and was never pushy.

When entering the store (we originally only came in for pillows!) we were greeted by graham. We the selected our pillows and then had a look around at the beds on offer (we were unhappy with the bed we have currently) Graham came over and gave us some more information on the beds they had on offer and the selection of mattresses currently on sale, as we said we were on a relatively tight budget. We could not be happier with the service provided and we feel that we got the best deal we could possibly have gotten. 5 stars!

Its the second time we have purchased a bed from dreams, the last time was about a month ago at your Doncaster store and we were really impressed there too. Both times both members of staff were knowledgeable and friendly and gave us the time to wander about and encouraged us to try the different products.
