We had visited this Dreams store a month or so before our purchase and had dealt with Kirsten at that time who on both occasions was very professional and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and then purchased a month later her no hard sell approach and efficient manner with which she dealt with us is is a credit to your company and having shopped around at other retailers the products were of similar quality and price but the sales person was not which meant we chose Dreams to give our business to mainly because of Kirsten. We are indeed looking to purchase another bed for our teenage son very shortly and Kirsten at Dreams Clifton Moor York will be getting our business guaranteed.

The sales assistant was available without being pushy and was very knowledgeable and did not try to influence us into buying something more expensive and not what we wanted. His focus was on finding the right product according to our requirements and ensured we were satisfied that this was the case. All round exactly what I expect in customer service.

The manager Graham was very helpful and understood what we required. He took our order even when the store should have closed.

The sales assistant was very helpful and very friendly, it was very nice to be offered a cold drink on a very warm day. We thought it very nice to be offered a delivery date of our choice..

The colleague who attended to us was friendly and honest, gave us the facts and helped us to make up our mind. We find hard sales promotion off-putting so Dave's approach was in tune with what we prefer.

We were given all diffrent option of beds the sales man who was dave from clifton moor store at York was great! He showed us what we could best get for our money and the options we had he discussed the 40 night test with us as well and also offered us a special offer on pillows when bought with the matrass which we accepted. We will use dreams on the future due to his customer service alone

Excellent customer service from the colleague, Jamie Lee. Not related to us despite same surname, just a coincidence. She was attentive, efficient, gave us space to browse yet was available to answer our questions and very prompt in coming back with answers. Wasn't convinced by the attentiveness of other staff.
