Every thing was spot on from the measuring machine to the available recommended mattresses to try.

I was approached promptly by a member of staff, offered assistance. She tried to find out what my needs were and match them to a product.

both Paul and Nikki the two staff that helped us on our three visits to the store were extreamly helpful and friendly

We were met by a highly knowledgeable and pleasant young man. He asked if we knew what we were looking and then went on to explain the options and different mattresses that were available.

Kristen was very helpful without being pushy and talked me through the different options to make sure I made an informed decision.

Matthew our sales assistant quickly understood our requirements and responded accordingly

I walked in was approached straight away, I said I was looking for a king size divan and the lady took me straight to the bed that were appropriate, right price, right colour, bought it there and then.

We were looked after be Nikki who was fantastic and made us want to buy the bed from her. We could have traveled to our local branch but due to her friendly and professional attitude we wanted to give her our order.

We were greeted at the door and made to feel immediately welcome. The member of staff we dealt with was attentive but not over the top and really knowledgeable about the products. We felt very confident with the advice we were given.

We were left to browse quietly, until we were ready to ask questions ,things were explained so we understood, and came out very pleased with our purchase.
