Dreams - York

Graham let us browse and came over when he saw we were ready. He was extremely knowledgable about the beds we were interested in. He then made us a drink and left us alone to discuss which beds would suit us. We felt very relaxed to try out various beds without pressure from Graham. For buying a bed it was a dream experience. Very happy.

The sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful & attentive to our needs. She went to great pains to make sure we were satisfied with our choice,& made us feel comfortable throughout our visit to the store in York.

I had a problem with the base I had delivered and your customer services were very helpful. On returning to the store on 19th June the store manager Graham was extremely good and helpful and helped me choose a bed which will be delivered on 8th July.

I was served by Kristen at the York Store at Clifton Moor. When serving us Kristen was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She asked questions to help guide us to the most suitable bed for us. She was very patience while I took a long time making a decision and at no point was I pressured into a decision. She was really helpful throughout. We would have struggled to make a decision and would have been unlikely to have bought a bed there and then without her assistance.

Darren was absolutely brilliant from the moment we entered the store. We thought that the bed frame we were interested in was only available in super king size but he quickly found a king size for us to order. We were shown various mattresses and nothing seemed to be too much trouble and time not an issue! On both visits we were made a cuppa too.
