Looking for a new mattress for first time in many years. Not sure what I was looking for especially since I have a significant back problem. The assistance I received was not 'pushy' - I would have walked out if it had been - yet it was very very helpful. I was then left in peace till I had questions. I am very impressed with the calm atmosphere of the shop, the whole demeanour and approach of the staff - Andy was the member of staff who assisted me on both my visits - as well as that off the store manager (Clifton Moor, York). More important in some ways than prices etc on 'first contact'.

I purchased my last mattress from this store and to be honest, i wasn't really that pleased. We returned because i understood the terminology your stores use. It is simple and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Then, after discovering i was not happy first time around the two guys in the store were brilliant with their advice. They understood how vital it was for me to get the right mattress as i explained i had a spinal injury and i was awaiting my third spinal operation. They took time to explain the different types of mattress and spings etc. They also did not give me the 'hard sell' and were fantastically patient with my confused thoughts!! I cannot commend them enough and they certainly made me, my sister and my 12 year old son welcome! Very happy with everything and i am soooo looking forward to getting my new mattress!

I have previously purchased products from Dreams and have been very satisfied with the buying experience which is why I return as a first port of call when looking for a new bed, matress, etc. My latest purchase was as expected and the young sales assistant although apparently new to her position was very polite and a pleasure to deal with.
