The assistant Darren had excellent product knowledge and answered all our questions with confidence. He went through all the options after we had told him what we were looking for with good descriptions of the various types of divans and mattress styles/construction. we did not feel pressured in any way, and he devoted all his time to us while we were in the store. As an added bonus the visiting area manager also made us tea. Well done Dreams.

Customer service is great, assistant was extremely patient, as I can change my mind a lot before I acctually decide on wot I want, good value for money, would definitely shop again.

Kirsten greeted us on arrival and when I told her what I had seen on the internet she went straight over to her product screen to show me the bed I was talking about and gave me more info on it as it wasnt available to view in store. She beat the deal online as I could pay for it over a 20 month period not 18 months and when I asked if the delivery fee could be reduced , she said she would match Argos of £20. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgable and thats what you need. All in all very impressed with Dreams and would recommend.

Both members of staff present greeted us pleasantly and politely. They were not pushy or intrusive and Andy, who took our order, spent a lot of time explaining the various Tempur products and then gave us plenty of time to try out the various beds. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and we are confident that his advice resulted in us making the correct choice of products. Altogether it was a very pleasant experience, apart from the cold draught from an automatic door that kept staying open, which was beyond the control of the staff in the store, but for which they apologised.

The sales assistant, Andrew, was extremely patient and helpful. His product knowledge was outstanding. He was friendly and professional and made the shopping experience in the store very pleasant and enjoyable.

The members of staff that assisted us were very knowledgeable, friendly and went out of there way to help whilst understanding our needs. There was also no pressure selling which was wonderful.
