We were informed of a special 3 for 2 offer and were advised by staff how to maximise our savings by buying the items we wanted and which we should claim as free. This advice was volunteered to us in addition to the overall product information we required. Very impressed!

The assistant Andy made our visit enjoyable and funny and ensured we knew what we were getting and what best suited our requirements

The assistance given and the knowledge presented to us in store when trying to make out purchase was greatly needed and appreciated. On top of this the service provided to us upon our bed being delivered was excellent. The specificity on our delivery time and the friendliness of the John and Jamie on delivering the bed was superb.

The shop service is excellent and the men who delivered bed were excellent. Other furniture had issues as needed replacing - out oy the 4 pieces of furniture I have ordered in the last year 3 were faulty. Customer services try but not hard enough in my opinion

On arrival at the York shop, we were greeted by Andy. Very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. After a brief chat he understood our mattress requirements exactly, pointing us in the right direction, even assisting us with new pillows. The cup of tea was a nice touch! He allowed us plenty of time to try the beds, and made himself available for any questions that we had.

The sale wasn't on the item I have purchased which I find hard to understand when they advertise so openly the 50%off most things. We had to stretch our very limited budget and really have to scrimp to get this.

Although the assistant was friendly and helpful she was new and still building up her product knowledge. Had she been more experienced it would have been a highly satisfactory experience.
