I was satisfied!?! I noticed on the mattress we brought a corner of the plastic was ripped and the mattress is the area uncovered was dirty and damaged. You staff replaced it no issues.

Didn't get offered any extra discount on the extras I bought

We had a great experience at dreams but you can always continue to exceed expectations. We came to dreams on a recommendation from a friend who got an unbelievable deal. We did not get a special price for our purchases but that was OK because I believe in the quality of your products. I guess I was just a little disappointed because we were lead to believe we got a mattress protector thrown in for free but then visiting the website later on discovered that was standard (to receive a protector worth no more than £40)

I inquired about purchasing a high back headboard but was told you don't stock them

Staff were very helpful and friendly! I especially appreciated and was pleased how well they interacted and treated my 6 year old daughter.

Following previous purchase did not compare with another store so unsure exactly how competitive the product was. The level of service was what I expected in todays terms anything less and I would not have stayed in the store to complete the purchase.

The only reason was that the mattress was not available on the day and is a week to deliver.

All the staff were busy upon arrival so there was no one to help. I appreciate that this will happy during busy periods however there was no queueing system/no acknowledgement

The cost of mattresses in general
