I wandered the store for sometime looking but was never approached or greeted by an member of staff until I approached the sales desks.

the issue is around the time of deliveries and the length of time you have to wait for a delivery I would of been more satisfied if I had been able to collect from the store

Highly satisfied would suggest I was bowled over with the experience - I wasn’t. However, the assistant was friendly and helpful without being pushy and offered the right amount of product information.
