Staff were very helpful

We found something we wanted and had no trouble ordering it

We met with the same sales assistant twice over the week. Her knowledge was excellent and I have no doubt she saved us money. I felt that the sales pitch was a little robotic. So much so both times we met she had repeated the same pitch too us twice perhaps not recognising us but it took away the personal shopping experience that I enjoy so much when buying from shops rather than being online. Otherwise the experience was enjoyable.

I have only just taken delivery of the sofa bed today so want to see if I get my sales refund as I bought the item just a few hours before a 20% off sale started on sofa beds. If I get that through as promised then I will be Highly Satisfied with all aspects of the purchase/price.

When placing the order in store your member of staff was excellent. However I rang the store a few days later with a query and did not find that member of staff particularly helpful.
