Took longer than it should. New staff member waiting for help, also having to order 2 items separately so had to complete 2 orders and two payments transactions.

No sign of any assistance when we were waiting at the desk, took a while for someone to come and serve us

Nobody is perfect .

The colour range of divans and headboards on offer was poor and uninspiring. We would have spent more money if we had been able to find something more exciting but unfortunately we're having to look online for the right headboard. The lady who helped us was very nice and offer lots of advice while not being too overbearing which we appreciated

not possible for any company to be perfect. I was satisfied that is why I purchased..

I was not able to get my items delivered early enough. I am having to wait for well over a month.

we were satisfied with the staff and the shop I think that should say everything . we had no problems . good customer service . if the mattress is ok then we will be highly satisfied .
