Overall I would say that I was highly satisfied. The only detraction from this refers to the cost of the things we bought. We made our visit to the store after receiving a Dreams pamphlet with the Daily Mail. This was headed 'Up to 1/2 price winter sale plus extra mattress savings 2 days only starting Boxing day'. Therefore the price we paid would appear rather high.

The salesman was readilly available to talk to us and was very helpfull and new his stuff and left us to consider differant options without being pushy.

Highly satisfied is reserved for exceptional service and while the service has been very good in my 2 purchases from your store most of us fall short of the "Highly" status.
