It was not made clear that only certain items in the store were covered by the sale offers. This did not prevent us buying the mattress we wanted but it would have been a more pleasant experience if we had understood exactly which items were in the sale

We were served by Curtis, he was helpful without being in our face pushy and also helped us along the decision pathway without us really noticing. He was positive about products and constructive with his advice but also left us alone when we needed time to think and try out various products. His style suited us and we decided to buy as much due to him and his lovely manner.

There was not as much choice as I would have liked but there were several options to choose from. I was looking for a headboard and would have liked a few more options for fabric colours and types.

Being informed at the actual time of making payment that there would be a £39 delivery charge, being told this earlier would have been more professional and not lead me to think that I was being "ripped off" at the last minute.

We went in and were lucky to speak to a very helpful young man who advised us on what we might like, after we had given our preferences. Between us we were able to choose what we thought was best and are now looking forward to a new a mattress delivery.

We were told that we could have delivery on a weekend but when I was phoned to organise it this morning they can only do a few weekdays despite being over a month in advance.

One assistant was new and being given very little support, while another kept making poor jokes and made my partner uncomfortable. They couldnt offer a matress pickup at the time because of a misunderstanding with another company. They said theyd call later and sort this. We're yet to hear and no one explained when they would be in touch

The choice of mattresses in the sale was limited. The selection was good, but perhaps limited by the store size.

The only issue I had was with one member of staff who did not appear to have the time or inclination to serve us. She left however and Andy was very helpful. When I mentioned to the store manager about the previous member of staff he offered an excuse that she should have gone home at 4pm which was irrelevant to us as the customer.
