Until I take delivery I cannot say that I am highly satisfied. So far I have no complaints but cannot comment further yet. If the delivery is not on time my whole experience will be undermined

The assistant tried to upsell only once we'd decided so felt a little manipulated. Then he tried to add £40 for delivery. It was only because I specifically asked about free delivery for online, that he mentioned there was another option.

Computer system really slow. The assistant did his upmost to reassure me but to long waiting for paperwork

I was satisfied. As soon as we entered the store the Assistant asked us if we needed help and then she went on to explain the different colour coding which you use which made it very easy to look for the bed that we required. So very pleased indeed.

The product was more expensive than I would have liked, however, the assistant was very helpful.
