Spending over £1100 on a bed I would have hoped for free delivery, nothing to do with the quality of service we received but still an issue.

Highly satisied only comes with very very good customer service and there is always room for inprovement. I have not received my order so I will reserve the highly satisfied rating until after the delivery.

When on bed being assessed the machine did not give me time to turn as have mobility problems. Made me anxious. Chap was very kind but couldnt do anymore. You need to take into account people cant turn quickly.

I feel that a delivery time of three weeks for a single bed is ridiculous, we were told that this is because single beds aren’t very popular and they are made to order! What do children sleep in these days double beds???
