The bed we chose was super quality and great value. The staff we're friendly and helpful. However: 1. The delivery cost (£40) is very high for a local delivery 2. The delivery delay of almost 3 weeks is poor to say the least

Staff over eager to sell but not interested in letting me browse. Poor product knowledge and had to ask a colleague . Got the ' can't do Anything about it it's company rules' response to requests. It was awful compared to previous visits.

Charged for delivery but found out delivery is free online, but was not told about this even though I asked about free delivery - they said it would cost to even have it delivered to the shop for a self pick up. I was in effect being sold delivery as an extra when I did not need to - very devious! After leaving the shop I checked online and saw that delivery is free online, came back in store and requested free delivery, they then agreed! Why could they not do this in the first place?

This woman lives in England. I want the emails to stop!!! I did not ever place an order with your company as I have never heard of them. I expect you to correct this error. Please!

I was promised the item was available for delivery before new year therefore I paid one price. If I wanted the product later I would have waited for the sales and saved myself nearly £200. Now customer services cannot give me another delivery date as they cannot confirm if the bed and missing half of the bed base is in stock

We arrived at Dreams with the intention a buying a reasonably firm mattress. We were met on our arrival by a sales person called Kirsten who explained the types of mattresses available and how we could find the ones that we might be interested in in the store. She encouraged us to pick up a pillow and directed us to the first mattress to try. Kirsten remained on hand but without being too intrusive which allowed us chance to discuss amongst ourselves. We tried 3 types of mattress and in the end wicked the most expensive (the Tempur), not because we felt Kirsten had talked us in to it, if anything she encouraged us to buy a cheaper one and take the benefit of the money back deal that is offered. We were however throughly pleased with our mattress choice and feel we understand so much more about the different types of mattress and why that one we chose is right for us. When we set off, going to buy a mattress felt like a bit of a chore but to be honest we enjoyed the whole experience and are really looking forward to the arrival of our new mattress thanks to Kirsten.
