Dreams - York

I visited Dreams a week ago and to buy a new bed for the first time in my life. Matt asked if I needed assistance and I really did! He gave me plenty of information and advice and I went home to consider the options. I returned 4 days later and he remembered me. We went through the options again and I made my choice. I was also interested in a sofa bed and Matt gave me the measurements and a demonstration so as I reassured that it would fit into a small room, I ordered that as well. Matt was never pushy or impatient. Just allowed me to make informed choices on the information he gave me.

I needed a new bed and matress for my daughter and a new matress for my wife and I. I went in and was served by nichola, she was friendly and approachable and she put my wife and me on a machine to see what matress we needed, at the same time that matress my daughter wanted because Nichola had already helped find my daughter a double lift up bed. The whole process took around half a hour from walking in to purchasing to walking out. I am over the moon with the staff and service I received. Mr Anthony Ward

Rachel was excellent. Her product knowledge and explanation of the products was very helpful. She was patient and have us alternatives. Couldn’t have asked for her do any more.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived , asked are requirements, told us about the bed machine that helps work out our comfort / needs etc. Which we used then advised on the bed types that suited, Mathew the sales man very helpful and understanding, with out pressure gave us plenty of time and space

The advisor Matt was extremely knowledgable and friendly whilst giving us space and time alone to discuss our purchase. He wasn’t pushy and gave us the security that he knew what he was talking about regards the products after listening to our wants and needs.

The assistant was very helpful and answered all the questions that I asked, nothing was to much trouble. He also did not push me into anything that I did not want, and found me the perfect bed.

Staff very helpful, quick at processing order, knowledgeable.

Not used to shopping as I usually leave these things to my wife. Unfortunately my wife has just died, your girl who served me was very helpful.

We went to buy a mattress and we were planning to try a couple of stores but we walked into Dreams, was immediately greeted and went on the computer assessor which was a novelty and really helpful in whittling down suitable mattresses, and then Chris our sales assistant was able to immediately lead us through the options and allow us time in our own to debate. The whole process was easy and enjoyable and conclusive!
