The lady who greeted us listened to what we wanted and advised us accordingly. Offered ppe when trying out the matteresses. Not pushy sales which I'm pleased about. Knowledgeable staff. Came the next day to purchase and same lady recognised us. Sorry not sure on name.

We bought our new mattress from the York store at Clifton Moor. Our sales assistant Matt was a great help from the moment we walked through the door. His friendly helpful nature helped us with every step of the process.

We were greeted on arrival by Kirsten, there was anti-bac spray available on entry which we felt was important. The sales lady was fantastic, she asked us if we were wanting anything specific which we were - the mattress analysis. She helped us with this, set it all up and guided us through it. Kirsten then showed us the mattresses that matched, she was patient, honest, kind and not at all pushy, not at any point did we feel under pressure to buy which would have put us off completely. We actually decided to visit other shops and come back and she greeted us on the way back in and got everything processed very efficiently. We cannot praise Kristen enough, she is a fantastic asset to the York store.

We've never taken advice on the best bed for us, we generally just pick something (often o- line) and go with it. HOWEVER, the guidance and advice given to us during our visit was excellent. Both my husband and I received 5 Star service from Rachel. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and following the 3 minute "bed assessment", Rachel listened to our needs and directed us accordingly, she gave us time to think and talk and when taking our order offered coffee and a clear explanation regarding the 12 weeks turn around on our order. We initially had a budget of £700/£1000 and ended up spending £2,000 to get the the right bed for us. We feel very satisfied and look forward to our new bed later this year. Having spent 30 years managing staff in a customer service/sales environment, I would say Rachel is exactly what I would want within any of my teams. She was extremely polite, listened to our needs and delivered an outstanding service, with no pressure to buy. Excellent!

All of the staff at the York Clifton Moor site were happy, smiley and friendly despite it being New Years Day. Nichola was the lady who took care of us. We went on the Sleep match bed, it was wonderful and then Nichola very patiently let us select our pillows and showed us around to the beds which the machine recommended allowing us plenty of time to test the mattresses out and answering any queries we had. After testing a few more mattresses for a second time we selected the mattress of our dreams. Another colleague of Nichola's brought us a warm drink and we went through the ordering process. Who would have thought that mattress shopping would be such a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience?!

Sales assistant was extremely helpful, even moving three different mattresses onto my chosen base so I would get a more accurate test. All staff very helpful and friendly.
