The members of staff were all very friendly and professional whilst strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines. Nicki in particular was really helpful, had a great product knowledge and was different to many other salespeople by not being pushy and taking time to understand our needs and preferences

Nikki was very helpful, we had looked online before arriving to help find what we wanted to purchase and Nikki was very helpful showing us where the bed was and then helped further sorting a mattress.

We were looked after by Matt on our first visit for a mattress and when we went back we looked for Matt to help us with the bed frame we was looking for nothing was too much trouble for him he was so friendly and helpful I would recommend if a friend was going to look for Matt but on saying that they were all friendly with us

Chris the member of staff that dealt with us immediately made us welcome and throughout the process of buying a bed and matteress gave us his full attention. He gave us space and time on our own, plus been very knowledgeable on your products.
