Your store colleague was exceptional. Listened, understood, demonstrated, offered alternatives, offered extra items, then just delivered what my wife wanted with no hassle. We had a good laugh whilst ordering and discussing our needs. I think even some other customers were laughing too. Banter that was much needed.

Both the sales people were fantastic, they put you at ease. Other bed shops it can feel awkward to lie on the beds, not here, where there was absolutely no feeling awkward. Matthew was knowledgeable and friendly, he even stayed beyond store closing time to allow us to choose and place our order. The lady salesperson was excellent too but I have forgotten her name. Altogether a refreshing experience.
