Both the sales people were fantastic, they put you at ease. Other bed shops it can feel awkward to lie on the beds, not here, where there was absolutely no feeling awkward. Matthew was knowledgeable and friendly, he even stayed beyond store closing time to allow us to choose and place our order. The lady salesperson was excellent too but I have forgotten her name. Altogether a refreshing experience.

Nichola in the York store was very friendly, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. She was able to make recommendations for me which helped me make a decision. Overall it was an enjoyable experience shopping in this store.
