Matthew at the York Clifton Moor store was great from start to finish. He talked us through all the beds that matched us, and gave us good, genuine advice and help which was not just based around selling the most expensive bed. He made us feel at ease, and made the process stress free from entering to leaving the store with our order completed.

Rachel who helped us was very polite, Rachel had shown us the product the previous weekend and remembered us and the bed we had previously seen , she offered me and my two daughters a drink whilst we ordered the bed, Rachel explained all the delivery options.
