Rachel who helped us was very polite, Rachel had shown us the product the previous weekend and remembered us and the bed we had previously seen , she offered me and my two daughters a drink whilst we ordered the bed, Rachel explained all the delivery options.

Matthew at the Clifton Moor store in York was fantastic. We had our 4 year old with us whilst trying to choose a new mattress and we were dreading it. Matthew gave us the time and help we required as well as keeping our little one occupied too!

The Salesman was very polite and friendly. He understood what I was wanting to buy and showed a range of products explaining the pros and con of each. He was well informed as to the products and helped me decide upon the Best Buy for me, not the most expensive on offer.
