Rachel took her time to get to know us, showed excellent product knowledge but also appreciated that it was down to the customer personal taste as well. Really appreciated how she didn’t mind us having a budget and worked with us to get us something we liked at an affords price and showing excellent tact and a drive to help us the customer. In this day and age this is extremely important. Rachel made it the dreams experience

1st class customer service, very knowledgeable pleasant member of staff. He talked us through each mattress, pillows & the colours. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if more items were required.

Christopher was amazing, pointed us to items we were looking for, very knowledgeable, then gave us plenty of time alone to decide, answered many questions we had, arranged extremely fast delivery, and very friendly, but not overpowering.
