Sales assistant product knowledge was excellent, we had a mattress fitting which was very good, would have liked to have seen the print-out though.

What can be said about the purchase of a mattress, how does one make a decision as to which product would be best suited to ones needs? Dreams seem to have come up with answer to both questions. The confident and polite greeting by Kirsten and her no nonsense approach plus in depth product knowledge, exactly the way shoppers would like to experience a woould be ppurchase. very well done Kirsten.
