The service we received was excellent. Matt was really helpful and friendly throughout the visit and knew a lot about all the products and about what would be suitable for us. He gave us time and space to look around and test things out by ourselves once he had shown us all the available mattresses, so we didn't feel to pressured. The sleep match machine was also really useful. Matt was able to show us the suitable mattresses at different price points and asked us what sort of budget we had at the end which we really appreciated.
