Matt was amazing! Not only did he help us find the right mattress by using the mattress match. He helped by entertaining/ getting involved our little boy so that we could try the right mattresses. He was also clearly knowledgeable about the bed but it didn't feel as if he was reading off a leaflet. He gave us time to talk through our options, we didn't feel pressured at any point. He was even great when our son spilt water on the desk! He offered us drinks and made sure we were happy.

We found Kristen to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We also felt very safe in the shop which was very Covid secure.
